Android users download the APK directly from our website and install it by allowing unknown sources in device settings. iOS users open monas77 in Safari or Chrome and can add the website to their home screen for quick access. Desktop and laptop users access our platform through any modern browser without installation.

If your Android phone shows "Unknown app from unknown source" during installation, enable unknown sources in Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your browser and allow installation. Do not be alarmed if Google Play Protect warns you about an "unverified app"—this is standard for apps not distributed through the Play Store, and monas77 is safe to install.
If the app crashes on launch, clear your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → monas77 → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart the app. If you have very little free storage (less than 100 megabytes), free up space first. Data, Permissions, and Account Security
Our monas77 app requests only essential permissions: internet access to connect to our servers, and on Android, the ability to read your device identity for offline caching. We do not access your contacts, photos, location data, or call history. All communication between your phone and monas77 servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher, protecting your login and payment details in transit.
Your account password is hashed on our servers; we never store plaintext passwords. If you enable two-factor authentication (recommended), we send a one-time code to your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new device. Your account balance, withdrawal history, and betting records are stored securely in our database and are not shared with third parties unless required by law. If you delete the app, your account remains active; reinstalling the app and logging in restores all your data.
